Callback appointments
You can request a callback appointment to avoid waiting time. One of the assistants will call you back. Leave a message on the voicemail and end with #.
All calls are handled in order of arrival. If you call in the afternoon, it is possible that all call slots for that day are already busy. We therefore advise you to call in the morning. On working days, we are always available for emergencies between 8:00 and 17:00.
The telephone system is available 24 hours a day for repeat prescriptions and appointment cancellations.
Cancel an appointment
Cancel your appointment by phone at least 24 hours in advance. For appointments with the mental health practice nurse: at least 48 hours in advance.
