Viewing medical records

The General Practitioners/Emergency Post (on-duty GP) and daytime locum GPs may, if necessary, access the most important medical data in your Schoterpoort file, in accordance with privacy legislation. Your file can be partially or fully shielded from the on-duty GP at the Emergency Post upon request. We record in our information system whether you consent to accessing your file; you can, of course, change your decision at any time.

Cover during holidays or absence

During your GP’s vacation or continuing education activities, the other GPs at Schoterpoort will take over your care. The practice remains accessible by telephone. For problems that cannot wait until your own GP returns, you will be connected to one of the practice assistants.
