In an emergency: call your GP directly or, outside office hours, the Emergency Service (023-750 45 67). This form is not intended for urgent questions.
Is your child 16 years or older? Then your child can ask a question themselves via the patient portal.
Important: Do not log in to your own patient portal to ask a question for your child. Your portal is linked to your own record, not your child's.
