Personal care
Personal, small-scale care matters to us. Often we are part of a large chapter of your life - joys and sorrows, sometimes from up close. We are your first point of contact for questions and concerns about your health, and we guide you - from young to old - through acute and chronic illness. We tailor our care to your own needs and possibilities. We also make sure that care from others is coordinated as much as possible, so that you do not get lost in the system.
